What we collect. When you send an enquiry: your name, phone, email, suburb, what the job is, and any photos you choose to upload. Our systems also record basic technical details like your IP address. With your consent, our analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) collect information about how the site is used.

Why. To respond to your enquiry, quote your job, and run and improve the site and our advertising. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Photos. Photos you upload are stored privately, are only visible to us, and location data embedded by your phone is removed automatically.

Storage and security. Your information is stored on servers located in Australia (Sydney), protected by access controls, and is only accessible to Ironwood staff.

How long. Enquiry information is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. [CONFIRM retention period]
